Nova Plan Atelier (“we,” “our” or “the studio”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nova-plan.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language because we believe legal text should be readable.
When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the name, email, phone number, event date, guest count and message you provide. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and diagnostic purposes.
We use a small number of analytics cookies — only with your consent — to understand which pages visitors find useful. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share details with vendors (florists, caterers, venues) only when necessary to plan your event, and only with your permission. We use a small set of trusted service providers (web hosting, email, accounting) bound by confidentiality.
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Records related to engaged clients are retained for seven years to satisfy financial and contractual requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Washington residents have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. To exercise any right, write to manager@nova-plan.com.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
The site uses HTTPS. Inquiry data is delivered to a single studio mailbox protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care of yours.
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
